How It Works
Call or Request a Free Inspection
Rocky comes out to assess the damage before you've talked to your insurance carrier. You'll know exactly what you have before any claim decisions are made.
Adjuster Walkthrough
Rocky is on-site with the adjuster. He knows what to point out: damage that's easy to miss, code requirements that get left off initial scopes. He'll make sure nothing is overlooked.
Scope Review & Supplementing
Insurance adjusters sometimes miss items or undervalue work. We review the scope against what the job actually requires and supplement the claim where needed.
Installation
Once the claim is approved, we schedule and install. Same quality, same workmanship warranty as every other job. Being an insurance job doesn't change how we work.
What Storm Damage We Handle
Storm Claim Questions
Do I have to file a claim before calling you?
No. Call us first. Rocky will inspect the damage and tell you honestly whether it's worth filing a claim. Filing a claim that doesn't get approved still shows on your record. It's better to know before you file.
Will my rates go up if I file a storm damage claim?
Storm damage claims (weather events) are typically treated differently from other claims by most carriers. That said, every policy is different. If you're concerned, it's worth a quick call to your agent to ask before filing.
What if the insurance company denies my claim?
We can help you understand why and whether a re-inspection or public adjuster makes sense. We've seen plenty of initial denials get reversed. You have options.
Do you handle siding and gutter claims too, or just roofing?
All of the above. Storm damage often hits multiple systems at once: roof, gutters, siding, and sometimes windows. We scope everything in a single estimate so your claim is complete.
How long does the insurance process typically take?
It varies by carrier, but most claims are adjudicated within a few weeks of filing. We've worked with most major carriers and know what to expect. We'll keep you updated throughout.
